Maidstone Borough Council is currently consulting on their Local Plan Review. The Review is proposing a new garden community of 2000 houses in Lidsing.

Information on the garden community can be found on the Hume Planning Consultancy website. Please note that if you submit comments on this website they will only be fed back to the landowner and project team and not to Maidstone Borough Council.

Bredhurst Parish Council is opposing this proposal and is working closely with Boxley Parish Council and other local groups to do so.
